A. All of our Ready Made sleeves are made to be One of a Kind. This means we tend to use fabrics that may no longer be in our inventory. We are more than happy to design a sleeve inspired by something we have made in the past, or help you create a new design.
Q. "How long will my order take?"
A. All items are prepped to be shipped by Sunday evenings. For example, whether you place your order on Tuesday or Saturday, your order will be packed on Sunday and shipped out the following Monday. Shipping times will vary depending on whether the order is going.
Ready Made items will be shipped out the same week.
Custom items will require 1-2 weeks of production time before shipment.
SHIPPING
Shipping Origin
All of our products are shipped out via Canada Post from our home studio in Vancouver BC, Canada.
Other carriers have proven to be more expensive and a hassle to handle for small parcels. Please reach out if you would prefer using another carrier for an additional cost (on top of the shipping charges).
Shipping Confirmation
All purchases will be shipped to the address stated on the invoice. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct address is provided. Contact us anytime before your order is fulfilled if you require a change in shipping address.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties + Taxes, and other Fees
The Customer is responsible for all custom fees, duties, import taxes and/or any other charges that may apply to their package once the order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
All shipping times are estimates only, and may be delayed due to a number of reasons including but not limited to customs office volumes, carrier routing, package traffic, holidays, global pandemics, war, and other unforseen factors.
We try to keep you as updated as we can on our end, but once a package is shipped it really is in the hands of the carrier.
